Its unfortunately a normal thing to feel numb for awhile after working so hard for one thing and that thing ending. Your time is much more valuable sleeping than studying, because sleep makes study time far more efficient as a force multiplier. It was ridiculously hard and my last exam- art history- suffered because i was going in having just spent 6 hours writing essay responses and t was yet another full 3 hour exam.
