Jelly comb keyboard not working Best Regards, Asher My new Jelly Comb keyboard (Model KS45-3) is honestly amazing feeling and great, but I have some issues I want to address. But when I use Microsoft TEAMS, either the keyboard or the mouse, or both, stop working. I'm being inundated by notifications of said screenshots and I'm unable to actually game with it paired. After some recent Windows 10 forced update the bluetooth keyboard stopped working. after I had to replace the batteries I could not pair it. Solved, connect keyboard to mobile phone ,should be working properly on android than press connect button on keyboard ,switch off bluetooth on android ,than connect with windows setup screen, at mine computer keyboard was working succesfullly ,next connect would be needed when replacing batteries at keyboard . It resumes working perfectly well when I stop the TEAM session !! I bought a wireless keyboard from Jelly Comb and paired it with my PS5, but it keeps randomly screenshotting without me having pressed anything (in an hour or so it tried screenshotting over 60 times that it managed to save them). If some of the functions are working, the keyboard is probably good. it would be unusual not to have one, it may be a dual function key and written in in blue or some other difficult to read colour. My number pad doesn't function outside of the lock screen, and the num lock key doesn't appear to anything. On another Windows 10 PC this mouse works without problem. There's a checkbox to "Use F1, F2, etc. as standard function keys on external keyboard. The make is HP, the computer is an All-in-One. Install and reinstall of the mouse and Bluetooth drivers does not help. Hello Marion, Thank you for posting your question in our community, it is very likely this is a hardware issue if those are the keys that are not working. It would not pair in the Control Panel / Bluetooth & other devices section and did not give me an option to put in a code. " It may be different in Big Sur but there should be something similar. Look in the Keyboard preferences. How long has it been that you are facing this issue? Did you test your mouse on another device and see if this behavior is experienced on it? If not, please do it. if you could you tell me the make and model of the keyboard, i will have a look for you, (or post some photos of the keyboard). All is working well . Any ideas, dear Community?. Just like the BT connections are off. cheers I have a laptop (HP Windows 10) plus external BT keyboard (Jelly Comb), external BT mouse (microsoft) and Plantronics Headset. It kept asking for a PIN but no matter what I entered it would no longer pair. Please note that this seems to be a hardware issue as normally the mouse wheels are getting into this state after some time use. I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. On Windows 10 desktop, and Lenovo Win10 laptop, "Settings" shows a Bluetooth mouse as paired and connected, but mouse not works. Any ideas, dear Community? After some recent Windows 10 forced update the bluetooth keyboard stopped working. You can confirm this by trying out another keyboard if you have one. I will advice you contact the Keyboard manufacture through their website. iaho oip uspvzk bzsedami bjzzh qtufe uxzjr hkojti lbnp ajp
